Shipping Information - Time

  • Orders ship from our headquarters in Kansas City, Kansas
  • 4-10 days transit time
  • Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.
  • All items ordered after 1:00pm Central Standard Time will be processed next business day.
  • All items ordered on Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday will be processed the next business day.
  • Overnight & 2 Day Rush Available for Family Fiesta and Salsa Signatures packages “complete series” *
    • $34.99 – Day Rush - Fedex
    • $59.49 – Overnight Priority – Fedex

Damaged Goods/Incorrect Items Received Policy

You must notify Jose Pepper’s Marketplace of damaged goods or incorrect items shipped within 48hours of receiving them. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the item(s) are destroyed or if you received an incorrect item that does not match the contents of your purchase invoice. Otherwise, all other sales are final.

In the event of a damaged good or incorrect item is received, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (8 to 12 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
